one way is to use padded bra.. or u can also try this yoga..it will take about 2/3 months but u'll def c an increase..fold your legs in a way tht u sit upright on the heels of ur leg and ur knees touch each other.. then put both ur hands in the air and bring them down with a lil force so tht ur hands hit the sides of ur chest and exhale.. again put ur hands up n bring them down as above.. repeat for 25/30 times a day and do it daily..take care n all the best..

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:
1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)
2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).
Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

Raquella,You don't need bigger boobs. You are just fine the way you are. I think the boob is sooo overrated. When I look for women,I don't look at their chest size. I am more into the way their face looks and how they can move that body of theirs. I've heard something about how dumbells or even canned goods can help. What you do is you hold a dumbell or a canned good in each hand. And then you extend your arms outward to the side. And then you slowly bring your arms inward to your chest. I've done that exercise before and I feel like I have "man-boobs" now. Raquella,If you really think you need to make them bigger? I don't think you need it. You are just beautiful the way you are. Don't nobody ever try to change you either. You are a special woman. My name is David and it's been a pleasure writing to you tonight. I hope this answer pleases you. If not,I am terribly sorry. You have a goodnight and God bless. Bye for now.

The first thing that you should do is asking your doctor for your solutions. Or You could take some sort of pills but I don't know what the pills are. Try asking your nearest medical shop.Good Luck.

No , all you can do is build up your pectoral muscles , but that won't increase your cup size. You can try gaining weight, but you can't guarantee where the weight will go, usually you will gain in the places that other females in your family tend to gain their weight. Pills and lotions don't work.

ONLY Weight gain (and it won't just be your chest) and pregnancy.
There are NO magic foods or pills.
Why not try a pushup or padded bra?

No way at all, except for a good pushup bra. Don't waste money on creams, pills, etc.
