How did Bourne become such a skilled killer and perfect weapon? Does it explain in any of the books or the movies exactly how this happened? In Ultimatum is shows him being forced underwater with a bag over his head, but thats it. Is there more explanation than that as to how he could do all the things that make him Jason Bourne?

In the books he was in the navy as a seal and then after his family was killed he was trained to become an assaine for the us goverment in vietnam and then to kill high priortiy targets later.

in the movie it was not him being put under water but the mark he was supposed to kill and he was already skilled fighter in the military b4 coming to the program
