Dell computers are a large company so you will get good bad & indifferent opinions when deciding to buy a computer
one should consider what it is going to be used for ie Gaming photo manipulation + storage or every day family use letter writing movies laptop or desk first then check out what support goes with your choice most important some support cost more than buying a computer a charge of £1 a minute is lot to listen to piped music £60 an hour would pay for an engineer
I have an evesham full support peace of mind

I have been a support person at a business that used all Dell computers, I would recommend Dell and may be getting one myself. I don't feel that they have any more problems than any other brand.

Go to www.dell.co.uk/outlet This site sells new computers at reduced prices with a Full One Year Factory Warranty. The reason[s] for the reduced prices are as follows
A change in specification
Cancelled order
A scrateh on the surface of the computer

One reason I always put Dells near the top of my list is that if you have a Dell-branded WinXP disc, you don't need a product key to install Windows on it. That's the only reason, if no other, that I would get a Dell.

Between me and my family we own 3 dell laptops (1 is older and 2 are newer). All of them are running smoothly and have had no major problems. We have had very good luck with them. No complaints. I would recommend them.

Yes I had my Dell for five years now, great PC but next time I might consider either other brand or clone pc...because eventually all PC will start to boggle down, wear itself out with all these virus and internet parasites etc....but to answer your question i have been satisfied for the most part.
