That entirely depends on waht you like to do. Honestly playing the same way long enough can get boring for any class, but if you pick a class that does something you like to do, you'll stay intrested longer.
Hunters, Rouges, and Mages are some of the most active classes, and they make a pretty decent option.

Warlocks are by far the most exciting. They have a lot of different spells, and cal always be useful. I played a lock up to 70, then started a mage...the lock was by far more interesting than a mage. That being said, I would take mage over others...some of their attacks are just awesome. Also try druid or shaman...basically, the classes with no magic are the most boring.
