how possible is it for people to lose their wombs during abortion and will one notice it if her womb is taken out please tell me

During an abortion the uterus (womb) is often scraped, but not removed. If there were complications and you had to have your uterus removed, that is known as a hysterectomy.

When a woman has a hysterectomy there are no outward changes in her appearance.

As far as I know you cannot lose your uterus during an abortion.
