Go to http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html and enter your information and your present weight, and see where it fits on the graph that results. You can play around with the weight figure until you get the graph result where you want it, in the healthy range, of course, but you can decide if you want to be toward the slim end or not.

You can look at your weight, and your body frame. It will tell you what you should weigh. You can also try weight watchers or Jenny craig, they both have charts you can look at as well. However, being stick skinny is not good for you. Aim for a healthy weight. No one wants to date a girl that constantly looks hungry all day.

It depends on the size of your frame.
Small frame: 114-127
madium frame: 124-138
large frame: 134-151

probably like 125 - 130 sounds healthy

my sourse says anywhere from 107-158...

i based it of of you being 5'5
