Everyone has SOME experience, even if it's life experience. List your education, the type of jobs you can do, even if it's organizing closets. Make up a resume and submit it. Also, make up a cover letter explaining your future plans and how you intend to accomplish them. Everyone has to start somewhere, we're not born with experience.

I'm in a similar situation, after working 15 years my companies have gone out of business, been acquired by other companies
or references move on to other jobs or states.
When i was young i started out with summer youth employment program, or job corps, or national service volunteer or city volunteer to get my first work experience.
Americorps is best you get paid and college money too.
a temp agency will train you on all software and give you entry level assignments to help you build a working resume and get experience. The people from the agency will be your references. Have no fear! Good luck!

In order to apply online, you will have to create a resume. Sometimes you can create one right there on the job website, other times you may have to upload a Word version. I would suggest hightlighting some of your other qualifications:education, activities, skills, etc.

Most places now require a resume. Even temp agencys. They need to know your background. Just put down what you have. There's help available for people that need it. Most states have free classes to teach people how to write their own resume.
