1 or 2 years ago I was in my mom's bedroom on the computer playing a game. The only lights that were on was the bathroom light cause the fan light was out.
While playing I felt someone touch the back of my neck and I jumped and left the room.

There was no one in the room besides me.

Not sure about the neck, but if one pinches you on the butt, it's probably my Uncle Izzy. He was a horny old goat. Say hello to him for me anyway.

There are usally two types of touches. If it was a person you knew or loved one that has passed it ussaly is going give you a warm and possitive feeling. It may feel like a cold touch but you wont feel scared.

The other kind of touch is also a cold touch but it may scare you like it did or make you feel uncomfortable. These touches ussaly are not from something bad, it might just have wanted to get your attention. You may have missed a could of warning signs something was going to happen. Did you smell anything unfamiliar? Did you feel like you weren't alone? Did it get cold in the room?

Sometime a ghost will just do it to make you aware they are there also. They may not have like what you were doing or something may have turned it off. Ghosts are just like humans. They don't like change much. I would suguest you do some research into where you live and see if it has any history. I just might.

Another reason for the touch could be that the ghost was just messing with you. I have found in my studies that some ghost just like to mess with the living. Do things go missing where you live and show up a couple of days later and you know that you left it in another place. Ask you family if they have had anything happen to them.

It start out with each family member having an encounter then if it's an active ghost it might start to cause problems. If you need more information you can go to my web site and we can help you further.

Well the first thing you'd need to do is rule out any possible mundane causes. A single touch could have any number of rational explanations, such as the tag on your shirt brushing your neck, a bug landing briefly, your hair making contact with your skin, or just a plain old trick of the nerves. If it happens repeatedly or to multiple people, then you can begin to conduct experiments based around the phenomena.

For example, does the touch happen more to men than women? Does it happen at specific times of the day? Does the touch only occur on the neck, or on other body parts? Try to identify common factors, and use that to extrapolate additional data.

Supernatural phenomena should never be your first conclusion, because it ruins your credibility. Always seek mundane rational answers first, and try your very best to reproduce the phenomena you experienced. If after an in depth investigation you find no satisfactory answer, then you can begin to consider supernatural causes. At that point, try heading down to the library and reseraching previous owners of your property, trying to identify if anyone died in that residence. Check deed records as well as obituraries and news articles.

Yes, it's going to take a lot of dedicated research, but nobody ever said this was going to be easy.

Why do you include information about the lights being out? Can I venture a guess that perhaps you are trying to create the atmosphere for a (not very good) ghost story?

It is probably just an insect. Why would a ghost want to touch you on the neck. The only thing it can be is a fly or a bee.

I've had such experiences, but it always turned out to be my own collar or something like that.

Ok, then it wasn't your collar. I can't tell, but assuming some ghost would not be the first explanation for me. Why would a ghost just touch you once? Just to check if he can or what?
You're only spooking yourself.

If you actually felt something, it was likely just a muscle spasm. It happens. It's happened to me, and it really did seem like someone touched me.
