I think they make some people look sophisticated and mature. And I'm attracted to that.

Guys still make passes at girls who wear glasses
and it still depends on their frames.
But men suffer frenzies for girls who wear lenses
and it matters not what are their names.
Men love the girls who see their jokes and see that they're fantastic
They don't care much if the girl's myopic or even astigmatic
But most men seem to be impressed by girls who know that glasses
Are things for drinking lager from and filling when time passes

Personally I prefer girls WITH glasses. I am more turned on by a woman's mind than body, and I suppose the glasses are stereotypically associated with intelligent people.

My sister wears glasses and i think she looks very sexy with them on, and she often gets passes from guy's with and without glasses x

depends if they suit you but contacts can have shapes and different colours so depends on the look you want
