this lil girl is my 1st cousins baby, i'm just trying to help, and she remembers her daddy's b-day is on august 16, so me& the rest of the family is searching for him.

There is intellius.com, they have a 24 hour pass that is pretty cheap and their info is accurate, if you still can't afford that then maybe go to social services, or keep doing internet searches. Find volunteers that will do this for free. good luck
