If they are actionable, I deal with them. If I can't do anything about it right now, I wait. If the situation is impossible (eg other people and their issues), I remove myself from the situation as much as I can and move on.

Depends on the problem and our mood and any others with invested interests and time constraints and this and that, but by and large we don't have problems they stress us out so we avoid them. We’re getting better at this. If one does come up we try to nip it in the butt right off. The ones that seam to cause us the most grief are often seemingly silly ones that seam to fester rather then blam there they are. You know like dealing with a car accident can be easier then dealing with the expired condiments in the fridge type thing.

If you ignore them, they will often go away. The ones which do not, you have to deal with but asking for help is a sign of weakness. Once in a long while there will be a situation which you must get close family to help with but that's rare and unfortunate.

This is, of course, a bad way to go in life but it's how I've lived. I've gotten very lucky and have had help from God.

Clench jaw.........close eyes breathe....

I wait until I have a clear mind and I'm not so worked up about something before trying to tackle it.....problem solving when emotions are running high isn't always productive...

depending on what the problem is, I try to zero in on the problem, the root of the problem, the available solutions and the desired outcome.....I try to be rational when it comes to problem solving

I think you can have a philosophy about life and other matters, but when it comes to your self, we have to go with the flow of life's experience. If negative things happen, it doesn't mean things are going wrong, it's all about standing up and dusting yourself down after every challenge. If it doesn't kill you then learn from it, you are a survivor!!

I take care of the things I have control over, accept what is not in my control and believe in faith. Things somehow seem to work out in the end. Sometimes they get worse before getting better but that only makes me stronger. If I let problems take me down, they will. I don't give them permission to do that.

Face them head on, I try not to shy away from trouble. I concentrate on one at a time, the worst, and find the answer to it.
