I`m trying to open a new window whilst browsing, but the website simply does not lad at all. It goes blank.
I`ve tries, spyware, adware and virsu checks already. Still not working. Any suggestions?

Maybe you have too many browsers open? Just one? ARe you playing a game in that one open browser? It might have used up every bit of RAM your computer has.
Or it is just a bad website server problem. Too many people logging on to it, and it crashes immediately.

Internet explorer browser v7, when you click new tap it will give you blank page, access website you need to put address or url for website, But new window it will open new page or copy one from same page you are accessing right now.
