Do you want turnovers or a toss-up? The Ravens have the tools, but they dont work good as a unit. Thats why I'll say the Bears are for sure. I watch them first hand every sunday. They are turnover magnets. They swarm the ball, they are relentless, and they hit HARD. They give up a big play here and there, but you are going to get 11 guys who know the system, and know ho to use it to their advantage.

Theirs alot of team that has a good defense, start withe da Chicago Bears, lead by Urlacher and co. The San Diego Chargers and the dominating Shawn Marriman are unstoppable. The Ravens is awesome and their leader Ray Lewis is da man on that defense. And the NE Patriots is always good as usu all and the favorite to win the title lead by Richard Seymour. There so many other team like Carolina, Jaguar and much much more to list all.

The Patriots who got Thomas from the Ravens make them the top defensive unit in the NFL with the Ravens being a close second.

Baltimore. Rex Ryan (def. coordinator) is well known for keeping offenses guessing and creating great dbs out of nothing. they say losing adalias thomas to NWE is gonna hurt, but he was nothing until Rex Ryan molded him.
They also just signed a guy who is about 350lbs and runs a 5.1 40. seriously

The consensus right now is Baltimore, with Chicago and New England fairly close behind. But in reality, it is anybody's guess.

Ravens were good but they lost too many games
Raiders, Ravens, etc. . . , put up good numbers last year but thats b/c teams new they could beat them by only scoring 15 points, they couldn't move the ball.
