I wouldn't try keeping fish in the tank with a blue lobster. Eventually one of two things would happen, the lobster would catch and eat the fish if the fish is small enough or if you have a small lobster and a large fish, the fish may eat the lobster. Even if the lobster isn't able to catch and eat the fish, it will try and that would just end up with wounds on the fish and eventually one wound would be too bad for the fish to live or it would get infected and kill the fish.

As for the coldwater tanks, goldfish get fairly large. Even the fat bodied fancy goldfish will get about 6-7" long, so unless you have a tank over 20 gallons, you're better off having only goldfish in the tanks. 11 goldfish and 4 smaller coldwater fish would be enough for 3-4 fairly large tanks once they are grown.
