Before you take any drastic measures .... just remember that you got there naturally, and your body type and shape is based on genetics, diet and exercise.
If you are in good shape and it sounds like you are, I would only recommend a surgical change if the large size was having serious medical effects such as back pain. If you do opt for reduction, try to be reasonable in the size reduction to something that will not be a drastic change, maybe to a full C or a little more. Hopefully that would do the trick.
Just remember that not all of those surgeries go just right and you may not be happy with the results.
At first when I saw the question I was not sure if you really had a problem or you were fishing for compliments and/or haters from all of the women who would kill to be in your kind of body .... flat stomach, thin legs and big boobs. I think my wife who is an A cup would be one of those haters.
Good luck!

Sounds like you have been blessed with big boobs that other people would pay good money to get themselves!!
If you are already slim and not carrying extra weight then there is nothing really that you can do to decrease the size of your bust.
You can do exercises to improve the tone and look of your general chest area such as 'pec decks' and some light weight work.
Another thing, and possibly the most important thing you can do for your boobs is wear good bras in the correct size for you!!! All the best.x

Breast reduction surgery. If you have health issues such as back pain you can get it covered by insurance.
You may be able to lose a cup size by working out and losing weight, but that will only work if you have more fatty tissue in your breasts.
If your breasts have dense breast tissue you won't be able to lose in the breast.

Since you seem thin, your breast are naturally large, you might want to think about a breast reduction because they could cause you a lot of back problems in the future.

Talk to you doctor about breast reduction. You doctor can give you more details on how it works and if it will work for you. Don't suffer with your big boobs the rest of your life. You will love having smaller more manageable chest.
Hope this helps!!

Cup length is the share between your rib cage and your breasts. in case you're a "C" cup now, you will likely stay a "C". regardless of the undeniable fact that, in case you haven't any longer have been given widespread weight benefit for a woman -- gaining in the hips and thighs first. they could get smaller. a number of use see our waistbands and bra sizes strengthen first.
