There are only two options to install a device without a CD. The first is if windows recognizes the device and auto-loads a driver from its built in driver repository or gets it from windows update. The other method is to go to the website of the manufacturer and look for the driver for the webcam. You can usually do a search under the support section for drivers. Try a search string like "amcap webcam driver". If all else fails, try searching for the same string in Google. Either way, you need to find the driver and install it for your device to work.
Good luck!
