"reasonable" home prices, good schools, and San Diego county do not all occur together unless you're from someplace like SFO, NYC, hawaii, etc.

the only possible exceptions might be far inland in the desert.

you'll need a LOT of income to afford to buy in SD.

How's your Spanish, btw?
Aggressive Spanish speakers now live in Mexico and send their kids to private schools there while commuting to work in San Diego. It is said to be much cheaper on costs.

nicely, you have already written which you think of $ 300K in Melrose is clever so decide for it!!! large downtown with previous-variety considerable highway with one in all those shops and a few particularly sturdy eating places. site visitors is somewhat easy. ordinary to bicycle. Protrudes into Middlesex Fells park. sturdy library this is open on Sundays. In Boston area you could no longer do extra advantageous. i'm shocked you chanced on that for the period of Melrose! (no longer basically practice service yet bus service and subway from Melrose-Malden line besides).
