PC to LCD TV set up help?

I got an HP Pavilion a430n Desktop PC with nothing added on. How can I use the s-video output to display on my other TV. I tried looking it up on my PC settings but I'm a lil' lost.
Thanks for the info and please please keep it simple~

Radio Shack sells something that can make it easier for you to set that up.

Look for the S-video input on your TV and connect it there. Use the standard 4-pin S-video connector.
