blood runs through their veins........there are lots of things.....maybe everyone has in common the fact they are first a girl in the womb and then change to a boy if they are predisposed to be a boy etc, we breath air, we can touch normal temp water, we are all supposed to be born with the senses but some obviously may have problems so they perhaps dont have all senses........could go on all day really
or maybe that we all have some care about how we look or we feel and connect with other ppl even if we have autism etc

What makes us human inside? The appendix, an organ shared only with chimpanzees(if my memory serves me correctly), an animal that we share 99% of our DNA with...
I certainly hope this isn't some thinly veiled spirituality question, and the answer you want is hope or dreams or higher consciousness or the ability to love and share love or faith in god or some other nonsense.
