Anyone on here who has eaten an elephant? Or do you know someone who has?

Not the whole elephant lol.. just wondering if someone out there ever tried eating its meat and what it tastes like

I remember a tv show back in the 80's called "That's My Line". There's a store in Texas or Arizona I think, that sell exotic meats, one of them being elephant. One custumer describes it as a "stringy kind of beef". :-)

I don't know what it taste like but I DO know that the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.

Honestly, i haven't eaten one. Neither i knew who does eat elephant. Elephant are considered sacred animals by the Hindus.

I know several restuarants that serve elephent steaks. It looks and tastes like beef. mmm. The elephants are culled to protect them from themselves (overgrazing etc) and this is a well managed thing so nobody should get all "green" about it!

I haven't had the chance. But I'm sure a few have. It eats grain and shouldn't tast too bad.

ewww....thats disgusting...i dont eat any sort of meat!! And people who eat elephants are sick!!
