im working with a office and have a netwotk printer over here. whenever i need to remove that from my system, showing access denied. can anyone tell me how i can remove that from my system?

And you want to remove it from your system because....??

If it is a network printer, then whoever administrates your network has locked the printer to prevent its removal. There is normally not reason to remove it a printer. Having it mapped will not slow or affect you computer in any way. If you do not want to print to it, just ignore it.

But as most people do not know how to reconnect a network printer (and may not have right to do it), it would mean the admin has to come and fix it each time it is removed. So they lock it to prevent removal.

You will need to talk to your network's administrator for the rights to remove the printer.
