How do i delete a Reg file that i don't have access to?

When i try to delete it it says Access Is Denied.

First you want to be sure you know what you are doing.
Go to Start then in run type in regedit
Find the file and delete it.
Just a WARNING. If you are not sure what this file is or does it can render your computer as usless as a window weight.
