you can do the all natural look
a little bit of concelor and foundation and a light eyliner and lipgloss
also you can use skin bronzer on your face to brighten it up or add gold shimmer so it looks a lot better

completely know how you feel. wean yourself off it. I used to wear three shades of eyeshadow, mascara, blusher, foundation, powder and lipgloss just to go to school. Now I just put on some mascara (which makes eyes look brighter) and some vaseline (which is good for my lips, so I've decided it doesn't count as makeup!). Your skin gets better once you stop wearing so much makeup, and its so nice not to worry about whether your makeup's flaking or whatever. I make sure that I exfoliate my skin every day (I like St Ives Apricot Scrub) and moisturise in the morning and before I go to bed (Palmers Cocoa Butter). And I'm pretty sure that you don't look hideous without it. If you were really that hideous, then no amount of make up would hide it. Just go out and have fun!

First of all you shouldn't be so selfconscious without makeup. Because unless you're happy with it, it won't good to you. I hardly ever wear makeup and cleansing your skin daily always helps. Try using a facial scrub weekly. A microdermabrasion one will smooth out your skin. Also, at night wash your skin and then put a thin layer of vaseline all over your skin. This will help with wrinkles and is said to make your skin glow. If you don't want to do your whole face, just put it around you eyes and lips (where wrinkles would appear). When you wake up wash your face again. Try something to help your face glow and possibly to remove acne. Also put on a detoxifying face mask once a week or every other week.
Those should help =)

wash your face before you go to bed & when you wake up, before i go to bed i usually use a more gentle scrub so that i can use it everynight without ruining my skin & in the morning i just use a foam clenser
dont forget to moisturize! at night a use a thicker lotion & in the morning after i wash my face i use a day lotion ( day lotions are supposed to be a little lighter so your face doesnt look greasy during the day when your going places )
and every so often use a mask, one that you leave on for a half hour or so;; just read the back & it will tell you how long to leave it on. that should help get rid of zits. most of the time tho if its a good facial mask then the next day you will have a few new zits but thats just it clearing out your pores =]] which is good.
this is what i use...
my scrub before i go to bed :
ST. Ives apricot cleanser & the apricot scrub ( the cleanser came with it ; use the cleanser first)
lotion for before i go to bed : AVON rich moisture face cream
face wash i use in the morning : DOVE self foaming cleanser
day lotion : DOVE day lotion ( it came with the cleanser
scrub mask use for once a week : MARK. from avon ; clearing trend
& if you are going to use makeup just use a light pink blush; i think that helps alot & it looks natural

Exfoliate a lot if you don't have sensitive skin, and only use natural products. They can be hard to find, but you use less and they work better. I use moisturizer made of Noni juice, and it's amazing, topped off with tinted moisturizer. Don't touch your face too much, and give your skin a break from makeup at least once a week for a FULL DAY. You'll see a difference.
Always wash makeup off thoroughly before bed, too, I can't stress that enough, and don't slather millions of products on your face to make it look better. Less really is more. All you need is to clean, moisturize and use ONE of anything you may NEED. Astringent at night is fine, with ample moisturizer, and don't forget to exfoliate, cause it makes your skin brighter.

1. Wash your face every single day.
2. wear a facial mask 2 times a week.
3. Just for a light touch put on some light pink blush and just a little less make up then how much you had on last time. =]

Honestly I think most of us look pretty crappy without make up on. It's mostly because its normal in society to wear a ton of make. People are used to seeing you with it, so you may look a lot different without it. In a actuality I think most of us girls think we look bad without make up. I wouldn't say I'm ugly without it. Just average I guess, but I look really pretty with it on. So yeah if you take a pic of so done with make up on and then a pic of them without it they will look pretty in one and probably not so much in the other. I don't really know of any way to look beautiful without make up. That's why most girls wear it. I would say get used to how you look naturally and be confident in your own looks, or keep wearing make up. I don't really think it matters what anyone else thinks about you

instead of blush, pinch your cheeks (lightly)
also, if your face looks dry, put a dab of moisturizer on for a bit of a dewey fresh look.
