When that is all you ever seem to do!
When your worrying creates mountains out of mole hills, or you find you self starting to worry about the "what if's" in life and not the facts....
When you convince yourself that everything will just go bad and worry about it going bad, and then miss all the good because of it!

When that is ALL you do (worry), If you can't find any enjoyment out of life because you are too consumed with worry, then it is unhealthy.
