What woul I have to do 2 put 24" rims on a 2003 Cadillac Deville?

I would recommend getting the car lifted an inch or so if your going to put on 24's.cause having a dropped cars with big rims may look nice but sometime they don't make a great pair maintenance wise.

Jack the car up. Take the wheels off. Put the new wheels on.
Lower the car down.
Drive off.
