Favorite actor is Johnny Depp because he is the only actor in Hollywood who isn't afraid to play the "weird" guy. The rest are too busy trying to be the hero. Out of the actresses I really like Cate Blanchett. She is an acting powerhouse and is so poised.

There are good actors/actresses in Hollywood like Tom Hanks, Edward Norton, Anthony Hopkins, Tommy Lee Jones, Russell Crowe, Matt Damon, Meryll Streep, Jennifer Connoly, Renee Zellwegger, Catherine Zeta-Jones to name a few.
But for me if i had to choice one male/female, I'll choice, Leonardo D'Caprio and Hillary Swank.

Tom Hanks is by far the best actor with the most range in character.
Anyone that says Johnny Depp is the best actor... sigh... he can only play the weird guy, and thats only because hes a really weird person.
