This generally goes away after a couple hours. It is a black ficker or something. as I said it reminds me of when a ceiling fan is on . I first noticed it about 6 months ago. I don't have high blood pressure or diabities to my knowledge. any ideas would be appreiciated.. oh, It appears like at the extreme top of my vision..

Umm thats a weird thing to see.
First make an appt with ur eye doc.
Umm put an eye mask on over ur eyes before u go to bed.
If ur not getting a good sleep it might be that ur dizzy getting up..
Dont want to scare u but there is a disease that make u go blind over a period of time.
Get urself checked dont wait too long either.
Also try to make ur room really dark even during light and see if that helps in the morning.

Maybe it is the "aura" that comes with a migraine headache. The headache may not follow it but that jagged pattern is a symptom that you just avoided a headache.

go to an eye doctor asap. sounds like you have floaters. this is when you have pieces of retina detaching from your eye and they float around until it is dissolved, the longer you wait the worse the condition may be. it happened to my sister and she needed surgery. good luck
