I would like to stop my period because it is a special day and of course I want to have sex. Please help. My period is usually 5 -7 days long.

you should be able to get a "Menstrual Cup" at the Pharmacy or at your doctors,that you can insert to have sex while on your period. Those are nifty little gadgets that make it a little more pleasant to have sex while on a period
Also :
One tablet two times daily of norethisterone 5 mg is to be taken three days before expected date of menstruation but for no more than 10-14 days. Bleeding will occur 2-3 days after stopping the medication. You cannot take them after due date.

You can't control that. Still make the day as special as possible, as if nothing is in the way. O.K. now its up to you to decide if having sex while on your period is gross. Enjoy a hot, steamy bath together to kick it off (this will slow or even stop your period temporarily) You may have to eliminate some foreplay activity. But, for the most part, by Wed. you should be slowed down enough to still enjoy enough intimacy to consummate another year of your love. Discuss this with your partner now and let him/her make decisions and get some creative thoughts on how to work around the mess, etc. You can still have a great time....together!

Taking the "pill" will stop your period, you can get them at any Planned Parenthood, they are a walk-in without an appointment, they will give you a packet for $35 the same day without a prescription...tell them you want them for birth control, not to stop your period.

You can't.
You CAN have sex when you have a period. Just do it in the shower, since it can be messy.
