You know, I used to really like Michael Barrymore when he was on Strike it Lucky. Funny in an embarrassing dad kinda way - I thought his brand of comedy was very Sat night, and simultaneously both hated him and loved him - think Bruce Forsyth; the man's a knob, but you'd be kinda sad if he died, right?

I thought Barrymore was good, wholesome fun.

Clearly I was very wrong.

I thought he was hilarious especially when he threw that party and that guy was face down in the pool and he denied any involvement that was hilarious.
And even better when he went on Celebrity Big Brother and gave the woe is me type of scenario.
He is a weirdo and the truth needs to come out and someone be brought to book over the sordid business never mind how funny he was. He Fuckin ain't now awight !!

I liked his program with kids, I think it was called children say the funniest things or something similar.
Most times I think his style of comedy is a bit over the top but then that may have been the effect of drugs/alcohol.

The only time I laughed at Michael Barrymore, was when he tripped up on a step when he hosted Strike it Lucky!

Awight - never made me laugh.

Anything me and my family liked about him and his shows went down the drain after he showed his true self !! The pervert !! And after reading in the news that most if not all competitions on TV and radio shows are rigged and a fraud, any value attached to his shows went down the drain for me too. What is very wrong is that he is doing a... "came back"... That guy represents to me a swimming pool with a dead guy floating in it... in his house, REMEMBER THAT ?

I don,t find it amusing to USE PEOPLE like he does,i like daft humour, taking the mickey out of other people is cruel.Clever and witty humour is entertaining, highlighting the shortcomings of others is a true sign of character deficiency. He does perform well with children and can at times be very entertaining.however, his recent "swimming"exploits make him a very suspect character.

It's a pitty he turned out to be the way he is, i mean who would believe he would actually kill someone they havn't proved it but he knows what went off that's for sure.
