I think only once.
but i heard that it covers again after 3 years if you dont have sex. Some people decided not to have sex for 3-4 years to basicaly become "virgins" again. If you can believe that.

You can only lose your virginity once. however, it is possible that it may take a few times to completely break your hymen.
