Yellow Exclamation mark indicates you have limited or no connectivity with your network. Either you resolve that issue, or the easiest thing to do, go to Start, Control Panel, Network Connections, right-click your local area connection that has your exclamation mark, choose Properties, and uncheck "notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity".

If you see a yellow exclamation mark, click the icon to see what the conflict is. Verify that there are adequate system resources. Try to free system resources, then remove and reinstall the network driver. A yellow exclamation mark signifies that the card is incorrectly installed; reinstall the driver.

The yellow icons mean either the drivers are missing or the device has malfunctioned ...you can click on each one and check the status Most probably you need to install the drivers for each one of those devices with a yellow exclamation mark. And yes if the drivers aren't exactly what the device wants ..then it will keep showing the error and won't work.

The Yellow ! means that the device did not properly install. If it is a device that came preinstalled in your PC, go to the PC manufacturer's website, and in the Support or Download section look for the drivers for you model.

You may have to right click on the Yellow ! and uninstall the device first, then run the drivers to properly reinstall it. With some, there is an actual setup you run from the download. With others, it is just reboot and when ask for the driver point Windows to here you saved them.

That means that the LAN Connection is not working properly and requires troubleshooting.

Initial steps for troubleshooting in this senario would be to see if you are using the proper networking cable (straight-through/cross-over), then see if you have configured the right IP addresses (IP/gateway/subnet/DNSes) If everything checks out, contact your network administrator OR ISP if you are dealing with ISP ADSL Modem.

If your internet is working fine and you don't need to connect to anyother network, just go to the Control Panel and click Network Connections, and disable this Network Connection.
