Well u can chat for 4 days and get 5000 credits. or sometimes they will send u a email veraction and u get 500 or sometimes they will have contests dont know how much u get for that.

Ok, first think a momment. IMVU is a BUSINESS, is there any reason you would give away your product (credits) for free? Those letters about fowarding messages are FAKE. Just chain letters that piss people off and do nothing. I personally report and blacklist anyone who sends me one of those.
There are FOUR ways to earn credits.
1. Get someone to give them to you, by transfering some of their own credits to you. (Good luck, begging gets you banned too.)
2. You can earn up to 50 credits a day by visiting the new product page.
3. Become a developer. Invest some real world money to buy your account name, and after you sell enough of any product you create, you start making credits as profit.
4. Buy them. You can buy credits with real world money straight from IMVU, or from resellers that buy in bulk and sell with the discount buying in bulk gets.
That's it. There are no cheat codes or secrets to getting credits in IMVU. Remember, IMVU is not a game, its a chat program.

You rarely get something for nothing in Real Life. The people you send begging letters or chain mails to get angry and if you try ideas like at least one I've seen in here claiming to be from Miss Greenbacks (but looking like a scam to me), you are really asking for trouble!
Stick the the legitimate ways that IMVU themselves tell you about. Even visiting the new catalog items accumulates pretty well if you do it every day.

browse the catalogs. go to the forums section they gives you free credits and free stuff. an dyou can earn credits evrytime you chat with a new user. miss greeen always gives out credits.
