Yup.
Even at really inappropriate times or if I don't know them.
It's like a disease:
Someone sneezes. I say say bless you.

Isn't it nice to say "God Bless You" ? What a wonderful thought for someone to have as a blessing from God. "God Bless You" started in the Middle Ages in Europe during the Black Plague which had sneezing as one of it's symptoms. Because there was not a cure, if someone sneezed, it was assumed that they would soon be gone, and thus "God Bless You" as a hopeful cure or blessing. For those that are not "religious", on their deathbeds ALL get religion, I've seen it.......Keep saying "God Bless You"

well, im religious, so i guess i can't answer this question:-)
but i don't know if one has to be religious to do so. one can also be superstitious.
the reason we say it is because apparently thats how ppl used to die. they'd sneeze and die.
though obviously one wouldn't sneeze as often as we sneeze today. just when they'd get old or whatever

Yes, and we got this Italian thing when after we say how cute a baby or child is, we must say God bless her or him.
