This would depend entirely on the quality of the table; including its structural members, platform support and ground bearing.
As for the headphones; only Sony offer a guarantee on its heaphones' bread-holding capacity and I urge that if you are serious about your bread storage that you ONLY BUY SONY HEADPHONES.

I would suggest the table is preferrable to the headphones, perhaps it would be possible to contaminate the bread with radio waves from the headphones and these may have an adverse effect on the bread once consumed, as we do not know this for sure, I would not be prepared to take the chance, and would therefore always opt to store the bread on the table, not in the headphones. I hope this helps.

headphones of course!!!
a table is too small and has no room for bread... what with all those chips and all...
at least the head phones are in a kitchen(normally)... and are considered as a surface... they're stable and suitable for bread storage... especially if they have drawers... like the ones my great granny had...
just put your bread on and/or in your headphones... you'll be glad you did.
hope you read this answer and do as I say... it's the only way!

Definitely the headphones. Just put a slice of bread under each one... it will be stored nicely against your ears. As for the rest of the bread; sitting on it will keep it nice and warm.
Like my mother used to say, "ask a stupid question, you get a stupid answer."

Cerrier pidgeon is by far the best option in this particular situation as the wheels on the cart are much too rickty.

I hate it when you see food in a clean kitchen.
I also hate to see electronic devices in the kitchen.
