I was backing out of a driveway (in a car I do not own) and the front right tire went off the edge- it is now hanging over the side where the water drains underneath-- it's kind of like a mini alleyway that is deeper. Anyways, the car is balancing on the back right tire and the front end of the body, in which the middle section is completely on the ground. I don't know anything about cars, but I know I cannot move it by itself. Do I need to call a tow truck or can I wait some time (maybe hours) until my older brother can come??

Wait for your older brother. He will be able to Analise the situation better as I don't know the exact position of the vehicle and what's around it. You may be able to pull it with another vehicle, otherwise, for $40 or $50 it depends where you live, a tow truck would safely do it .
Good luck!

Tow truck And $75.00 should have it off the obstacle. I dropped my front wheels off of a storm drain 1978 Z car. From the drivers seat the drain looked like the curb cut. sitting on the chassis not going anywhere. Dragging it across the water drain will only dammage the rocker panel so make sure the tow truck operator takes his time.

It needs to be a tow truck. It can move the middle part of your car so as to prevent further damage. Waiting for your brother might only increase the amount of damage. DO HURRY UP!

I agree .Get a tow truck with an experienced operator. It sounds like it could be tricky. I'm afraid that there will almost certainly be damage underneath.Hope this helps.
