Ive tried and tried but when I think I get it and my DS is still as a statue all bars on the network place is erased. I tried a million times. Can someone please help me with this?

Try to reset your entire system.
Don't change any settings
If it worked before it will work again.
Shut your computer clear OFF
Pull the Power Adapter from the back of your ISP's MODEM.
If there is a Wired, or Wireless ROUTER in the mix pull the Power adapter from it as well.
Now you must wait 5 minutes.
Now in this exact order.
Plug in the power adapter to your ISP's MODEM
You must now wait for ar least 1 minute.
Next if there is a ROUTER in the mix Plug it in and again you must wait the 1 minute again.
Now restart your computer and you should be good if you havent changed any settings.
