Anybody who can give an absolute answer to this question will become fabulously rich by investing in the futures market on oil. Unfortunately, everything from hurricanes which destroy refining capacity to an major oil discovery which leads to a glut will alter the price of gasoline one way or another.

Moody red is a moron....

Anyway, yes the prices will go down before the primary they always do... They will also go down right before the election... Reason being oil companies would rather not be talked about during debates as a problem.

Hmmmmm....... Let me see. The oil companies make about 7 cents on a gallon of gas, the rest goes to taxes imposed by the Democrats. So, to win the election I am sure gas prices will go down a little and then shoot up after the election is over.
