I still cant get it that when my boss says am late everyday, work starts at 8h00, I do leave home on time, exactly at 8h, i arrive at my office around 8h45.

I'm off work until 10 AM MY time. It differs from day to day but I'm usually at work by 10 or 11 Central Time. (((((Rae)))))
