Depends on the season - green in summer and white in winter.

The word tundra refers to relatively flat terrain found in northern Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Europe, and Russia above the treeline where the vegetation consists of grasses, mosses, and lichens. Tundra usually has very poor drainage due to a combination of shallow bedrock and permafrost.

So in the summer you can have beautiful multi-colored flowering meadows, but in general its green. Of course in the winter its all white with snow.
