You just don't seem to like this guy very much. I think there's not more to it. There's no such thing as the devil. It's religious bogus.
Once you start seeing the devil, you'll not be able to stop seeing the devil at one time, ending in you getting paranoid or something like that.

Stop abusing God dear child. OK, what you described describes an energy vampire. They are devoid of positive energy or are hungry for it that they suck energy out of you. You may start yawning or feel tired etc. in presence of such people and once they leave, if you are young and energetic, you recoup fast and feel normal. I have had that experience with quite a few people.

It is a good idea to light an incense stick or some camphor or mentally chant a mantra when they are present. Sometimes, they themselves are not aware of the problem.

No. When that person enters the room and you experience the negative charge draining your strength and energy, leave the room. They may or may not be responsible but you can and should get some fresh air in your lungs. It sucks the life force right out of you until they leave so avoid them when you can. Someday we will know why that happens. Right now we know zip that we can prove.

no its nothing deep and the person is not the devil. you must remember don't judge a book by its cover. its like if you change your feelings about that person things just might get better. and you never know how that person feels about you so what i suggest is if you change the way you feel about that person things just might get better.
