Well that depends
I am useless when it comes to singing.
But I and good at sports.
Sometimes I think I am useless during a game when I am playing badly.
I don't know if I would be good or useless as the president of this country.

I sometimes think so - but if I reflect on what I am able to accomplish in a day at work - then no, not on a daily basis anyway.
