Well, I will separate my answer into two groups. One is for male and the other is for the divas.
Male: The Canadian destroyer. It is a complicated finisher that requires high class wrestling and is very classy in terms of damage. It is the perfect word associated with finishers.
Female: I am torn up in two finishers.
1. Lita Moonsault - made by Lita, I have not seen a Moonsault that is as clean as she delivers it. It is served very neat and graceful. It is a good finisher that can end up a indredible win or a hard injury.
2. The Widow's Peak - Another 5 star class move. It has a unique arragement, inspired by male finishers [who would I assume originated as powerbomb but made it a little more unique than the regular]. It is powerful and without a doubt, one of the scariest finishers known in the female wrestling to date.

BTW, ECW is part of WWE now.
But if I had to pick a special from just ECW, I would pick the pounce by Cor Von.

ECW in NOT a seperate company from WWE. But, to answer your question, the best finisher in WWE is The Batista Bomb.

raw-samonan spike like that guy said nobody has kick out of it yet ive seen people get away from the pedegree
ecw-5 star frog splash rvd makes this move off the turnbuckle but can also do it off a ladder the ropes anything its crazy
sd-last ride i havent seen it much anymore but that dosent mean its not the best
tna-the angle lock this moves is either ropes or lose sometimes he will put his leg over the opponents to prevent movement
legends-3 way tie the rock bottom the stone cold stunner and the f-5 rock bottom could be kicked out of but usally he follows up with the people elbow
if you have enough heart and detrmination you could get out of the stunner but probally not
f-5 ive been put in it it fu**in hurts

The best finisher in the entire WWE is the Batista Bomb. One hit of that, and no one will be able to get up from that. much less kick out of it.
And I've done that on someone during my training. People get knocked out very easily from that. Plus my powerbombs hurt 10x more.

The best finisher in WWE is and I hate to say it, the masterlock. So far only one person (Lashley) has broken that hold. That don't mean I like Chris Masters.
ECW best finisher is C.M. Punks anacona which I haven't seen him use in some time. He now uses the GTS (go to sleep) manuever.

Superkick (The sweet chin music) -- You can suprise your opponent very much and this move is going very fast.
Pedigree is also not bad.
