I've been asked to sing a song which could make me famous, it would be on youtube and on a late night chat show here and in papers and on radio

the song is meant to be about missing persons and as this is a very delicate subject especially with Madeline MCann case it would touch lots of people

Possibility is everything and with music since im the God of music, its not how good you sing its whats in lyrics that makes it real professional. If its like Rap FORGET IT! but if you written from your heart like Mariah Carry, Leanne Rimes, Tim McGraw, Rodney Atkins, R Kelly, Seal, Aerosmith, Celion Dion, Sheryl Crow, and etc GO FOR IT!
Yes music does determine the melody and the rhythm aswell that counts aswell if you dont have that in music like Rap doesnt then wouldnt be music.

HELL YEAH!!! If I could sing!! LOL There have been SO many times I have wished I could sing; you are one lucky girl! Obviously I LOVE music but evidently it wasn't my calling to be able to carry a tune in a bucket. :)
Are you scared, or do ya have stage fright? If no, then I would SOOO do it!!!

Is there anything in the song or its presentation that makes you uncomfortable? How famous is famous? Repost with more information, I don't think anybody can give you an intelligent answer without more details.

Only if it would make me famous, and not infamous..
meaning it's a good positive song.. and I wouldn't be getting famous for the bad things about it, like negative lyrics.

I wouldn't but I don't want to be famous.
If your a good singer and you want to be famous and known and sucsessful than you should grab the opportunity. Don't let big things like this pass up you will regret it. You should definately do it and it could change your life!

First ask yourself are you emotionally ready for the embarestment that may follow?
Not saying that your going to screw it or anything just there is lots of people that have been scared from performances that have gone wrong

if u are a good singer go for it. try to sing your own song is not a good idea. sing a famous catchy song. downside is u have to be really good.
