From Piccadilly Circus, take the Bakerloo Line to Waterloo. From Waterloo, take the South West Trains to Twickenham. should take around 40 - 45 mins.

best way is go to waterloo, there are south west trains to twickenham every 2 mins or so.

goto http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ or virgin trains route planner type in the route and it tells u everything!!! times of arrival set off stops etc
