I have rarely been sickened by everyday smells, but now that my morning sickness is pretty much nonexistant, it happens all of the time.

YES! So I moved into a new apartment right down the hall from a coffee shop and found out the next week I was pregnant. Being a 3 cup a day coffee drinker, I though the java being so close would be great, but the smell now makes me puke...its not as bad as it was in the first trimester, but man, my once beloved coffee still stinks....and my dogs have been non stop stinky ,but only since I got pregnant! I think the overly sensitive nose is pretty normal for a lot of gals for the entire pregnancy.

Very common during pregnancy. Lots of smells that never mattered are suddenly really hard to deal with and may influence how you feel even when you're no longer pregnant. Just one of those things! As far as I know, it lasts throughout the pregnancy although I'm sure that varies just as much as everything else does.

Nachos!! I hated the smell of them so much I would make my husband eat it outside and have to air out the house! and now even 2 1/2 years after my son was born, I cannot handle the smell of nachos cooking!!
Didn't happen with my firstborn, but 2nd time....Ughhh!

Good luck and congratulations!

Tons of smells bothered me. I couldn't even go to a resturant because it bothered me so much. I couldn't stand being in there with so many smells. And being around flowers. There was just something about mixed smells that bothered me. My bf couldn't even wear deorandant and cologne at the same time, he had to wear deorandant that smelled just like his cologne if he wanted to wear both.
