Definitely, even though you delete you cookies etc it all goes through a server, where the sites vistited, times and other details may be logged depending on the setup.
The log files are often filtterd and send alarms to IT managers for such use, acessing sex sites is asking fo trouble.
This can happen by accident, I triggered alarms looking up the Trans Siberian Railroad, my employer was cool about it.
This can be convienient for employers looking to fire someone who break the IT rules.
