perfect, good stuff, upgradeable. i guess for my own taste i would just use winxp but thats me. you could skimp a little on the processor and get a better graphics card, but really you will be happy with this because you can just upgrade the gpu later

Looks good! A couple of things I would recommend though:

Buy a better power supply. PSs that come with cases are usually just junk.

Buy a aftermarket heatsink/fan for your processor. Stock cooling is usually borderline junk as well.

Get yourself some Artic Silver 5 thermal compound instead of the stock stuff. It'll keep your processor at least 1-5 C cooler if not more.

None of these things are mandatory, but if you want to do any heavy gaming, I would highly recommend those upgrades.

Hope this helps! :)

I even have the 955 cpu and it works large- have not got self belief the intel enthusiasts-they have extra funds. The 430 could be somewhat vulnerable so in case you will have the money for a 450 purchase that or upload one later once you may. I also have a 64GB not easychronic with 20 gigs of loose area, you do not choose a extensive one, plus you may upload yet another later if its a working laptop or computer.

It does not look like a budget set up to me so better protect it with a good power supply. ATX V2.2 or 2.3 should be great. You might want to consider the 8600GT. Your budget can buy the standard 8600GT. It is a bit faster, overclocks like hell and makes your set up more future proof.
