You don't understand. He'll be playing in the prison league, until he's very old.

If Goodell has his head on straight, he will suspend Vick for life. If and when Vick goes to prison, he will probably play there so his so called playing career won't be completely over.

A few seasons is life for Vick, he's not a youngster, and nobody will want him. Guess what, innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply to the NFL commisioner. He can suspend him for however long he likes, regardless of the criminal trial. Unless they prove that Vick has absolutely no connection to the dog fighting ring, highly unlikely, he will never step on an NFL field again, unless they let him work on the grounds crew.

Even if he can come back it will be hard for him. For one he still has not proven he can be a Super Bowl caliber passer in the NFL.
The whole Vick family is very suspect, this is not the first time Michael has been caught doing something.
What owner is going to want PETA and other groups outside their stadiums picketing everywhere Vick plays.
And this is without the NFL even stepping in. So I believe Vick is all done.

Allen E----what do you mean an apology letter? You mean like the one written to the Duke lacrosse players by Jesse, Al, NAACP, and the media in general? Oh thats right, they can destroy those boys' reputations and dont need to apologize. I guess its okay to crucify those white boys without due process but its wrong to doubt a brother like Vick? Idiot

My best bet is Vick won't be showing up this year. This upcoming Falcons season will probably be among one of their worst in history.

Ray Lewis recovered from MURDER chargers, so I am sure Vick will recover from this. Once he is presumed innocent, I hope all you people find something else to talk about, and write him a nice apology letter. Maybe some of you should read about how the court system really works. Innocent until proven guilty, no matter what the charges are. Oh thats right, we live in a society that allows the liberal media to dictate our thoughts and feelings. Week 1, I will be wearing my #7 authentic Falcons road jersey proudly.

I think it depends on the results of the trial. If he's found guilty, he'll probably be banned for life. If not, he may just get a long suspension.

If he plead guilty he's ban for the year. If he fights and loses he's done for life. If he fights and wins he's done for the year.
