Astronauts can't cry in space!:).Tears run down your face because of gravity, but they don't need gravity to form. When the tears get big enough they simply break free of the eye and float around.

you can't make "crying noises" in space because sound needs to travel through medium (air particles back at earth) and in space, there is no air so no sound can be audible.

You can't make the traditional "tears trickling down your eyes" because tears just fly off your eye due to lack of gravity.

If you are in a space suit or space ship, then yes, but if you are not, then the answer is the least of your worries.
