I married to a girl a Year and Half ago. She started relation badly and refused me at the beginning. She did a lot of mistakes. I broke up mentally. We had no physical contact till now. can I get a divorce from her. She is not willing for divorce when I explained her. What should I do now

If she is educated, earning too much, hailed from high income group family,become rich suddenly, not brought up in a good way.... etc will be the cause for this kind of things
better to have a counselling

Problem with you guys is that you never give full details about your religion, form of marriage, nationality etc when you ask these questions relating to divorce, annulment etc. You should know that in India there are half a dozen or more enactments covering matter relating to marriage, divorce, annulment, maintainance, custody of child etc depending on the nationality, religion & form of marriage, and it’s not necessary that provisions relating to any one issue will be same in all these enactments. Any how to this case, there has been no consummation of marriage between the parties. If you can prove with the help of the relevant medical evidence that your wife is impotent & because of this there was no consummation of marriage then it is a fit case for getting decree of annulment from the family court. Her refusal for indulging in regular sex with amounts to mental cruelty if it is for sufficient, for prolonged time without any reason medical or otherwise, you can seek divorce on this ground as it amounts to breaking of your matrimonial home irrevertably as has been held in few cases by the Supreme Court of India & followed by the various High Courts in India. Even if doesn’t agree for divorce by mutual consent which is no ground divorce & best way to dissolve any marriage within a limited time period of six to eighteen months as any other form of divorce can take any time period (5 to 8 years or even more) which depends on the various interlocutory applications which come up & consume the time of the main petition of divorce. Be prepared for paying her maintenance during the pendency of the divorce/annulment petition as well after getting divorce or annulment as the case may be. NO wife will leave her this right to maintenance/alimony in any case & for any purpose.

I think u both should get splited as it is ur relation is just not happening. she is not made 4 u nor u. So there is no use of a relation which as nothing in it. tell her that u both r not made 4 each other. say her all that u feel about her and ur relation.
My suggestion is that u both just get ur freedom back by leaving each other.

Just get a lawyer and have him file the papers. Its just that easy but it will take quite a long time for it to be finished (probably about a year or more).

wht i can suggest u is tht try uto work out yr relation if it is possible...cause god hates divorce....
still of ots hampering ur life much u can surely go for divorce...consult a gud lawyer..and it will be done...dnt worry

If the marriage was never consummated you are eligible for an annulment in the US. No divorce necessary. ♥

you may be able to get it anulled..... see a lawyer..he dont have to agree
